    Friends and family,
    Our weddings is the same weekend of a large racing event at the Indianapolis Speedway. This means that all hotels in Indianapolis are expected to be sold out. Prices have been increased to their “special event” level and a 2-4 night minimum is required. Here are some rates we’ve been quoted…Hyatt $219/Radisson $199/Days Inn$155/Econo Lodge $139.

    The Marriott Indianapolis North is willing to reserve a block of rooms at their regular weekend rate of $119/night with no minimum stay. This hotel is about one mile from the Music Mill where the reception will be held. Please consider booking your room now so that you receive this price. Reservation information is below.

    If you prefer to stay at another hotel, feel free to do so. The Music Mill is located at
    3720 E 82nd St Indianapolis, IN 46240 if you want to stay close to the reception location.

    To receive the wedding block rate, rooms must be reserved by Friday, August 22, 2008.

    (The price of $119 is for a standard room with either two doubles or one king. If you prefer a Suite, ask when you call. Suites are not in the reserved block so they are based on availability and are a higher rate.)

    For those flying into Indy:

    We will pick you up at the airport so you do not have to rent a car. If you arrive on Friday PM while we are at the rehearsal dinner, we will find a ride for you!


    For those driving from the Pittsburgh area:

    It is a six hour drive to Indianapolis. The wedding is at 3:30PM. It is possible to drive on Saturday and still make it in time for the wedding. There is no guarantee that your room will be available because check-in is at 4PM. When you book your room, ask about early check-in.

  • Rehearsal Dinner

    Maggiano's Little Italy

    Invitation Only

    After the rehearsal, we will join together at Maggiano's Little Italy near Keystone at the Crossing to celebrate. Dinner will take place at approximately 6:00 pm. Maggiano's is located less than a half a mile from the Marriott North Indianapolis. We will provide all out of town guests attending the rehearsal with transportation to and from the church, dinner, and hotel.

    Bring your appeitite and any funny stories that you would like to share! We are excited to share in such a special occasion with our friends and family. Thank you to our wedding party, parents, and relatives for your support.
